About Us
Shaping tomorrow’s champions through mentorship, education, and community
We The Champs Youth is dedicated to empowering young people to lead with confidence, resilience, and purpose
We The Champs Youth (WTCY) was officially incorporated in Ontario on January 8, 2022, under the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act.
From the very beginning, our vision has been to create a movement that uplifts young people, helps them discover their potential, and empowers them to live as champions in every area of life.
Our foundation rests on a set of values outlined in our incorporation:
Understanding youth and the unique challenges of this life stage.
Empowerment — ensuring every young person knows their rights, their worth, and their capacity to thrive.
Leadership mentality — teaching youth to lead in their families, schools, communities, and beyond.
Discipline and responsibility — encouraging respect for rules, accountability, and the pursuit of excellence.
Dreams and goals — helping youth set goals, pursue visions, and embrace resilience.
Inclusion and belonging — welcoming every young person, regardless of background or ability, into our programs.
Community impact — equipping youth to make a difference locally and globally.
Through mentorship, education, cultural expression, and community engagement, WTCY creates opportunities for youth to build confidence, embrace diversity, and step boldly into their future. We believe that every young person is a champion in the making—and with the right guidance, they can rise to transform the world around them.
